Metal-Fab Direct Vents utilize a new technology to make their products superior to others. The Special double-wall construction allows direct vent stoves and fireplaces to operate without using air from inside, instead they draw combustion air in from outdoors through the direct vent system. This means that the warm inside air is not being used as fuel, and no fumes, condensation, or smoke will be let into the room.
The roof support is for use with open beamed, pitched roofs or ceilings. It includes trim pieces for finishing out installation, and integral single wall adapter. This can support up to 20 ft. of pipe.
